Threaded buckle flexible rubber joint:
When installing the threaded rubber joint, it is necessary to place the pipe fittings at both ends of the connection on the horizontal plane first. When installing, it is necessary to screw the thread structure into one section of the lifting pipe fittings, and then screw the other section of the pipe fittings, always on the horizontal plane, so as to prevent uneven force during installation. Tear the rubber connector, then tighten the screw with a hand or wrench, and then fix the tubing at both ends of the rubber connector box to an object that is not easy to stretch or twist!
The installation of the hoop connecting flexible rubber joint:
The clamp type rubber joint uses clamps to replace flanges and bolts. When installed, the two pipe ports of the clamp type rubber joint can be respectively sleeved on the pipeline to be edged, and the rubber joint and the pipeline can be fixed by clamps.
The clamp can be loosened when the rubber joint is dismantled, so as to compensate the displacement of the pipeline caused by the expansion and contraction of heat and water.
Flange type flexible rubber joint installation:
1. Flexible rubber joint pipeline construction, it must be in a natural state, not artificial deformation in the installation of the product.
2. When installing the rubber joint, the bolts should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange end face should be tightened repeatedly and evenly according to the method of diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation.
3. When the displacement of the pipe is greater than the rated compensation of the joint, the number of the joint should be increased to parallel displacement. In order to adjust the excess of the pipe, so that the joint is in the state of rated flexural displacement and deviation, not to exceed the limit (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.), the detailed installation data can be seen in the table below.
4. High-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline should be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor, and can not let the joint bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline itself, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti-pull device (its bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
